These terms govern your use of the GIFLEX store and your purchases. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Acceptance
By accessing the GIFLEX store, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Products & availability
We offer considered pieces released in limited, often single, editions. Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as we can, but slight variation is part of how these objects are made. Items are subject to availability, and we may update or discontinue them at any time.
Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in Ghana cedi (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to price and describe items correctly; if an obvious error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid. Placing an order is an offer to buy — a contract forms once we confirm and accept it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors).
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. Your card or mobile-money details are entered on Paystack's hosted pages and are never stored on our systems. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorised.
Shipping & delivery
We deliver within Ghana. Delivery options and any fees are shown at checkout. Estimated timeframes are indicative, not guaranteed, and pre-order items ship on the timeline shown on the product. You can follow an order from your account or via order tracking.
Returns & cancellations
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will make it right. Other returns and exchanges are handled case by case in line with applicable Ghanaian consumer law — reach us at support@giflex.shop to start a request.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used unlawfully.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the GIFLEX name, logo, product imagery, and text — is owned by GIFLEX or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Disclaimers & liability
The store is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIFLEX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version, and continued use of the store after a change means you accept it.
